Victor founded Potent Academy with the vision of empowering students to reach their full potential.

Jerusha is a passionate 3rd-year student at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering (as of 2024). Jerusha leverages her own experiences to create engaging and effective learning experiences for others, empowering them to succeed in their academic journeys.

Currently teaching at Highway High School, James is a dedicated and inspiring mentor who enjoys helping students unlock their potential in these fascinating fields. His vast teaching experience ensures he can tailor his approach to individual needs, fostering a love of learning in all his students.
James' passion extends beyond the classroom. He is also actively involved in sports, coaching handball for the rising Duma organization in Juja-Kalimoni. This experience allows him to connect with students on a different level and instill valuable life skills such as teamwork, dedication, and perseverance.
