Victor Mwangi Mwaura, also known as Potent Victor, is the founder of Potent Academy. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).

Victor's passion for education stems from his own remarkable academic journey. Despite facing challenges in his earlier years, he persevered and ultimately excelled, graduating at the top of his class at Kijabe Boys High School with an impressive A- (80 points out of 84). His primary education at Ngegu Primary School in Kiambu County also saw him achieve a commendable score of 370 marks out of a possible 500.
